What is Naineyworks — in one paragraph?

Naineyworks helps family members clarify what changed, who is involved, what documents are known, which responsibilities are unclear, and what questions should be prepared before the next professional conversation. It is a family readiness service, not a referral platform. Families choose their own professionals, and Naineyworks receives no referral commissions.

FAQ

Questions families ask first.

What does Naineyworks do?

Naineyworks helps family members clarify what changed, who is involved, what documents are known, which responsibilities are unclear, and what questions should be prepared before the next professional conversation. The goal is to help families become more organized before decisions become rushed.

How is this different from working directly with an estate attorney?

An estate attorney provides legal advice and may draft or advise on legal documents. Naineyworks helps families prepare before or alongside that stage by organizing facts, documents, responsibilities, gaps, and questions for attorney-led estate planning, probate, trust administration, estate administration, elder law, or related professional conversations.

Is Naineyworks a law firm, financial advisor, care manager, or senior living referral service?

Naineyworks is a family readiness service. It helps families prepare for professional conversations; specialist legal, tax, financial, medical, insurance, fiduciary, care management, and senior living decisions remain with the appropriate qualified professionals chosen by the family.

Does Naineyworks receive referral commissions?

No. Naineyworks does not receive referral commissions. Families remain free to choose and engage their own professionals.

Do I need to share sensitive documents at the beginning?

Not at the beginning. Families can start with high-level context, a document inventory, or a list of what exists and what may be missing. Document contents are reviewed only when a client authorizes us to do so.

When should a family start planning?

Ideally before a crisis. Families often start after a hospitalization, fall, diagnosis, loss, or document issue, but the Roadmap is designed to help families get organized before decisions become rushed.

What happens during a Family Readiness Conversation?

Naineyworks listens to your current situation, family roles, known document categories, recent changes, and questions that feel time-sensitive. You can begin with high-level context, and you do not need to arrive with everything organized. The goal is to understand whether the Roadmap is the right next step.

Can family members living in different states participate?

Yes. Naineyworks works remotely with families, so siblings and relatives in different states can take part in the same conversation and share one coordinated readiness roadmap.

Scope of Service

It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, insurance, fiduciary, or senior living placement advice, and it does not replace any qualified professional.
